What Epic information can an integration use?
Depending on the Epic version and licensed access, integrations can work with areas such as clients, contacts, policies, lines, activities, attachments, claims, transactions, and application details. We confirm the exact fields and operations during scoping.
Do we need to understand the SDK before contacting you?
No. Tell us the business problem and the systems involved. We will determine which Epic interface is appropriate and what your team needs to confirm with Applied.
Can you take over an integration built by someone else?
Yes. We can assess the existing code and data flow, stabilize it, document it, or replace it when repair would cost more than rebuilding.
How is the work priced?
New builds and repairs can be quoted as fixed-scope projects after discovery. Ongoing monitoring and support can be provided as a monthly service. The first fit call is free.

No. Northbind Systems is a separate integration engineering company. Applied Epic and Applied Systems are trademarks of their respective owner.
